The first single varietal from Armand de Brignac, nicknamed “Cuvée D’Or,” this is a 100% Chardonnay cuvée crafted from grapes sourced from the Côte des Blancs and nearly half from the lauded Montagne de Reims terroir. This unique blend strikes a balance of minerality, suppleness, roundness, and lightness, enhancing its aging potential. A modern-day prestige champagne, it is housed in an opaque bottle coated with silver metal, adorned with a French pewter label featuring the iconic “Ace of Spades,” the signature emblem of the brand.
NOSE
The nose opens with inviting scent of lightly buttered baked pastry, soon joined by delicate notes of pear, hazelnut, and a hint of gingerbread.
PALATE
The palate bursts with vibrant flavors of exotic fruits like guava, tangy gooseberry, and juicy peach. These bright, fruity notes are elevated by sweet, warming spices – cinnamon adds a gentle heat, while vanilla brings a creamy smoothness.
FINISH
Deliciously creamy texture, leading to a fresh and mineral finish.
