Hibiki, meaning “harmony” in Japanese, was created in 1989 to honor Suntory’s 90th anniversary. Since then, it has become a celebrated icon of The Art of Japanese Whisky, embodying the essence of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. Hibiki is a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies from three renowned distilleries – Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita – meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of flavors and aromas.

At the pinnacle of Hibiki, with numerous awards to its name, is a blend of malt and grain whiskies aged 30 years and beyond. With unprecedented demand for Japanese whiskies leading to the discontinuation of most age statements, the Hibiki 30-year-old expression remains a cherished part of the Hibiki portfolio.

NOSE

The nose opens with notes of raisins and figs, complemented by nutmeg and a hint of leather.

PALATE

Initially sweet with dried fig and apricot jam, with rich oak upfront and spicy notes progressively joining in.

FINISH

Extremely rich and smooth, with cinnamon warmth and a pleasant lingering woodiness.
