After four decades of aging and the care of three generations of Chief Blenders, this exceptional blend has drawn a nuanced complexity from Mizunara Japanese oak, the soft sweetness of Spanish oak, and the smooth depth of aged American oak casks.

Crafted by the renowned Kagami Crystal, the 30-faceted decanter is adorned with traditional Japanese maki-e, mother-of-pearl inlay, and gold accents, beautifully showcasing the golden liquid within. The presentation box, made from 12 types of Japanese wood and featuring 12 faces, is intricately decorated with flowers and grasses to capture the vibrancy of Japan’s changing seasons. Available only in extremely limited quantities, this release is a coveted treasure and once-in-a-lifetime tasting experience.

NOSE

Dried apricot and ripe Japanese loquat, complemented by hints of lemon peel and clove.

PALATE

Dried fig, delicate notes of yuzu, and sweet acacia honey enhance the smoothness of toasty roasted cacao.

FINISH

A soothing incense aroma, infused with cinnamon and the sandalwood-like spice of Mizunara (Japanese oak).
