The Roses collection by Elixir Distillers is a seven-year series released annually on Valentine’s Day. Each expression captures a unique aspect of Rosebank’s charm, named after a rose variety that reflects the whisky’s floral character and the love affair many have for the distillery.

Unity is the sixth and final release in the Roses series. Crafted from some of the last available casks, it was aged in a combination of ex-Madeira and bourbon casks, enhancing Rosebank’s signature Lowland grassy meadow character with added sweetness and spice. Only 840 bottles were produced at 52.7% ABV.

NOSE

Caramelized peaches and macadamia nuts, enhanced by the floral, heady scents of honeysuckle.

PALATE

Stewed fruits, caramel, and white chocolate, with the spiciness from Madeira wood adding depth.

FINISH

Sweet sandalwood and gentle spice round out the profile.
