Created in 1869, Moët Impérial is the iconic champagne of the house. It is crafted from over 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines to enhance the champagne’s maturity, complexity, and consistency. The assemblage achieves a perfect balance of three grape varieties: 30% to 40% Pinot Noir, 30% to 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% to 30% Chardonnay, showcasing their diversity and complementarity.
